This page contains information about the practical test at a selected number of sports clubs. The practical test will provide experience in sharing this digital statement as easily as possible and in gaining knowledge about which preconditions are important for broad acceptance.

Frequently asked questions about managing the SmartVOG:

How do I log in to the SmartVOG administration environment?

  • The persons who need access to the SmartVOG administration provide their email address via the administrator of the association to Credenco. To log in to the environment, fill in your email address after which you will receive a code by email with which you can log in once.

How do I create a new job profile?

What do the lines shown under 'Notifications' mean?

  • The 'Notifications' window shows all SmartVOGs for which no request has been sent yet, which are about to expire or have expired, and for which a request was sent more than three weeks ago. Each line shows an action that you can perform.

Where can I see who has an approved SmartVOG and who does not?

  • In the 'Registered SmartVOGs' window, all SmartVOGs are displayed with their status. This shows which SmartVOGs have been successfully shared and accepted, which still require an assessment, which still need to be delivered and which are no longer needed (terminated).

If a SmartVOG cannot be older than a certain period, how do I know which SmartVOGs are about to expire?

  • When the expiration period is set to one year in the SmartVOG administration, you will automatically receive a notification a few weeks in advance in the 'Notifications' screen when a SmartVOG is about to expire or has already expired.

Why am I asked to assess a SmartVOG?

  • With the SmartVOG app, volunteers can share their SmartVOG with the association by scanning the QR validation code. Only a SmartVOG that meets the required function aspects and the date of birth can be shared. After sharing, the SmartVOG is automatically validated on all components, including the surname. If the name on the submitted SmartVOG deviates from the volunteer's data, the SmartVOG is given the status 'Review', after which the administrator can still 'approve' or 'reject' it after checking the shared information against the registered profile.
