What it looks like in practice
Ask which credentials are stored in a wallet, and the agent queries that holder's wallet and reports what it found, including the credential type, its status and the date it was issued.
Ask it to set up issuance for a new credential type, and the agent creates the OpenID4VCI issuer template, looks up the identifier that signs the credential, and adds the SD-JWT credential template underneath it, with the attributes you named.
