Direct e-Invoicing between Business Wallets is becoming real

Together with FIDES - Accelerating Digital Trust, we’re building a new way to exchange e-Invoices that is secure, wallet-to-wallet, and fully verifiable, without using traditional 4-corner models.

Invoices are shared as verifiable e-Invoice credentials using a machine-to-machine OID4VP flow and cryptographically linked evidence documents such as UBL and PDFs. The invoices are verified automatically as well as the trust in the sending party, while remaining easy to review from the inbox.

Next step is the interoperability test between Business Wallets from various providers to prove cross-vendor, cross-ecosystem eInvoicing in practice.
