The WE BUILD Consortium has officially started

And Credenco is proud to contribute as a Beneficiary Partner in Work Package 2: Wallet for Business.

Over the next 24 months, more than 180 organisations from 30 countries – coordinated by Kamer van Koophandel (KVK), Ministerie van Economische Zaken and Bolagsverket – will join forces to shape the next stage of the EU Digital Identity Wallet for citizens and businesses.

Work Package 2 (WP2: Wallet for Business) focuses on 9 use cases around business identity and data sharing across the domains of Business and Supply Chain. Credenco is participating as Beneficiary Partner in BU2, led by Bolagsverket (SE), contributing our expertise on the Organization Wallet to support trusted solutions for cross-border business interactions.

During the kick-off in Amsterdam, we also saw many touchpoints with other Business Use Cases – from company registration and tax declaration to supply chain use cases. These connections confirm that secure, verifiable business identities will be a cornerstone across multiple domains.

We look forward to working with our European partners to bring the EU Digital Identity Wallet and EU Business Wallet from concept to trusted reality.
