Below you can read the steps to receive the SmartVOG and how you can share it with your association.

You will receive an email from your association about your participation in the practical test.

You will then receive an email informing you that your association has requested to share a SmartVOG.

This email also contains a validation code to be able to share the SmartVOG after step 5

And this email also contains a link to download the smartVOG app.

We ask you to install the SmartVOG app on your mobile from the Appstore (iOS) or Playstore (Android).

You will then receive an email with a QR code to collect the SmartVOG and place it in the digital wallet.

Finally, scan the validation QR code from the first email to share the SmartVOG with your association.

Afterwards you may receive a reminder to share the SmartVOG containing the validation QR code.

Finally, you will receive a link to a poll to find out what you thought of the process and if you have any suggestions. ​

Is it necessary for a participant in the field test to install an app?
Yes, because without the SmartVOG app you cannot receive a SmartVOG. Within two years there will be a universal digital wallet that is suitable for storing and sharing your SmartVOG.
I received an email with a request to share a SmartVOG, what now?
If you already have a SmartVOG, you can share it directly via the link or QR code
If not, wait for the message that you can collect the SmartVOG, and install the SmartVOG app in advance
Then use the link in this email to share your SmartVOG with your association.
I received an email with the message that I can collect my SmartVOG, what now?
Open the email on your mobile and click on the link
or
Scan the QR code from the email with your mobile and you will receive the SmartVOG
Then share your SmartVOG with your association using the link from the first email requesting you to share your SmartVOG.
Will I receive confirmation that my SmartVOG has been accepted?
No, because if you can share the SmartVOG, it meets the requirements. Only if the name does not match what the association has filled in, this will be assessed. If the SmartVOG does not meet the requirements, the association will contact you.
I no longer want to participate in the practical test, what now?
If you have already collected the SmartVOG, you can also delete it yourself. The association can delete the data it has recorded on request or will delete it anyway after the practical test.
What happens to my data?
After the practical test, the SmartVOG will be automatically revoked. You will have to delete the SmartVOG app yourself. The association will delete all data it has recorded after the practical test.
